Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an American author of cookbooks on cooking and Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa that began airing in 2002 has 27 seasons until 2020. Ina began writing policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. She initially found her career as stimulating intellectually, however she soon lost interest, and opened a speciality store for food known as Barefoot Contessa. After 18 years of making her shop a massive success she decided to sell it and started writing her first book. In the following years, numerous cookbooks were published, and she also wrote magazine columns. The Food Network TV show also was launched with great success. She also sells all kinds of cooking equipment, supplies and containers. Ina has never attended any cooking academy and has never had any experience in a restaurant. She's completely self-taught. Ina is known for her relaxed way of cooking and entertaining. Her most well-known recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
