Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card aged 17. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her college education. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her result. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using machines, and bent-over rows. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. One way to achieve this is to superset the back exercises she does.
